The club celebrated its 60th birthday on the 3rd of June in the Killyhevlin hotel. To mark the diamond jubilee guests enjoyed a fabulous meal, followed by entertainment by Sophie Coalter and the Cathedral's Assistant Director of music, Jayne Haslett. Both performed a medley of popular songs. These were followed by the unique entertainment of William Caulfield. The evening was rounded off with dancing until the wee hours.

A special thanks to the organising committee, including Ivan Kee, Gordon Jackson, Kenny Fisher and David Hamill.

The Rotary Club of Enniskillen was chartered on the 30th of June 1955 by D. Whaley. The president's ceremonial chain of office was presented to the club in 1977 by the Belfast Banking Company and the Rotary Bell was presented in 1986 by the Northern Bank. In 1981 the club sponsored the Probus Club and in 1989 the Inner Wheel. The club became a dual gender club in 2011and that year 3 ladies joined.
