President Kenny in Drag

Rotarians and their partners met in the Killyhevlin Hotel for Christmas lunch and the launch of the Santa Mobile. An invitation was extended to the wives of former Rotarians, Christmas gifts were presented to these ladies by Rotarian Archie Birrell. The Christmas message was given by Rev. Brian Harper rector of Magheracross Parish Church. President Kenny presented cheques to the value of £500 to the Salvation Army and St. Vincent de Paul. Excellent entertainment was provided by the Model School Choir under the guidance of Jayne Hazlett, ably assisted by three other staff members. Staff in the hotel provided a first class lunch, and, overall a very enjoyable time was had by all present.
